In addition to managing distribution operations to ensure productivity and success at all levels, Josh strives to mentor his warehouse leaders and to support efficient company growth while providing outstanding customer service. By building and maintaining strong relationships with a wide variety of partners, he continues to assure Spartan’s place as an industry leader.

With over 21 years at Spartan Logistics, Craig Recker has been pivotal in shaping the company's operational success. As Vice President of Operations, he oversees warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, and supply chain strategies, ensuring efficient solutions for customers.

A University of Toledo graduate with a degree in Marketing and Professional Sales, Craig combines leadership skills with expertise in operations management, customer service, and process improvement. His dedication to teamwork, excellence, and innovation has driven growth and customer satisfaction, making him a cornerstone of Spartan’s success.

With nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources in her role as Director of HR. A SHRM-CP and QWLP certified professional, Cindy combines industry expertise with a passion for leadership and employee development. She provides strategic guidance in employee relations, engagement, and process improvements while overseeing safety and compliance initiatives to ensure a culture of accountability and well-being.

With over four years in the logistics industry, Rachael Walling has developed expertise in contract management, customer engagement, billing audits, and relationship-building. As Director of Customer Experience at Spartan Logistics, she leads her team to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Rachael is passionate about fostering strong client partnerships and tackling challenges. Her collaborative approach and leadership make her an invaluable asset in driving success and customer loyalty. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from South University. With five years of sales experience, Nick leads efforts to grow warehouse business across the Midwest and South, focusing on new prospects, expanding client relationships, and driving demand. Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Marketing from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. He has spoken at the International Warehouse Logistics Association’s 2022 Economics of Warehousing and 2023 Marketing Conference and is a member of the International Warehouse Logistics Association and the University of Toledo Family Business Center.

With over 10 years of accounting experience, Sam applies her expertise to oversee the company’s finance functions, including Accounts Payable and Receivable, budget management, and strategic financial planning. She provides financial clarity to the team and works closely with operations managers to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting Specialization from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and is working towards her Qualified Warehouse Logistics Professional (QWLP) Certification through the IWLA.

With over 25 years of experience, Chuck specializes in data analytics, strategic planning, resource management, quality control, and compliance. He leads nine Ohio facilities, driving continuous improvement through agile methodologies and aligning operations with business goals. Karolina is a customer service leader with over a decade of experience in strategy, efficiency, and a people-first approach. In 2022, she brought her expertise from Chicago to Columbus, Ohio, joining Spartan Logistics as a Customer Service Manager, specializing in system management and software optimization.

With a sociology degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Karolina combines technical skills with a keen understanding of people. Her innovative, relationship-focused approach drives seamless service and process improvements.

With 4.5 years at Spartan Logistics, including two in his current role, Nate Kissel combines expertise in operations, customer service, and efficiency. He brings 18 years of experience from "Big Box" retail management, excelling in sales, shipping, and customer service.

Nate is certified as an AIB Food Defense Coordinator and PCQI and has completed the IWLA Essentials program. He leads Spartan’s food safety program, optimizes warehouse efficiency, designs product flow and safety systems, and resolves inventory challenges, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Chris blends operational expertise with a passion for continuous improvement. With a degree in Logistics from Georgia Tech and a background in Digital Communication from Ohio University, he excels in supply chain optimization, inventory control, and leveraging technology for efficiency.

With over 35 years of experience, Eric leads Spartan Logistics in driver management, transportation revenue growth, DOT compliance, and equipment management.
